LifeLock is the largest consumer Identification Protection subscription service in the US. We reached out to the VP of Member Services asking him to consider one of our Partner contact centers, a US based contact center to handle inbound sales calls generated by LifeLock's DRTV, online advertising and other consumer media. After a visit to the Center, LifeLock accepted our recommendation and used this call center for many years before moving the business to one of our lower cost off-shore Partners in The Philippines.
This national cable TV operator was using a variety of outsourced providers for outbound telemarketing sales to current customers. The Director of Sales for TWC Los Angeles, South Division, was willing to test with one of our contact center partners. We found a great match in a southern California call center, near the Southern California office of TWC . This relationship lasted for well over 10 years and other TWC Divisions across the country decided to use this same call center after hearing about the great results the South Division of TWC Los Angeles was getting. TWC was purchased by Charter Spectrum. Charter Spectrum inherited this contact center relationship and continued to use them for many more years with great satisfaction.
MyLife.com is an online subscription people search and reputation protection company based in Los Angeles. We met the MyLife.com vendor management team at a SOCAP trade association local chapter meeting. Over lunch we learned they were dissatisfied with their current outsourced provider and asked them if we might be of service helping them find a better match for their needs. They were specifically looking to reduce costs and maintain their sales and retention metrics. We introduced the MyLife team to an off-shore Partner in The Philippines. MyLife has been with that contact center for over 10 years.
